It is perhaps the most beneficial lemonade recipe for fat burning. Since lemon and green tea separately facilitate fat burning, they have a greater effect when combined.
2–3 glasses of water
10-12 green tea leaves
2–3 tablespoons of honey
Juice and zest of 1 large lemon
1 piece of cinnamon stick
Water is boiled by adding lemon peel, green tea and cinnamon stick.
After boiling, it is removed from the stove and left to cool.
Add lemon juice and honey to the water that comes to room temperature.
It is consumed after waiting at least one hour in the refrigerator.
