Eggs are an excellent source of niacin, a substance necessary for brain nutrition and sex hormones. Egg Diet Plan For 4 Weeks

First Week

Daily breakfast: 1/2 orange or grapefruit and 1-2 hard-boiled eggs.

Monday

Lunch:  any type of fruit and quantity (oranges, apples, pears, apricots, melons, watermelons, etc.)
Dinner:   grilled or steamed meat (slices or mince without fat), except lamb

Tuesday

Lunch:  boiled or fried chicken without skin.
Dinner:   2 hard-boiled eggs, salad (cucumber, lettuce, tomato, peppers, carrots), 1 1/4 of cake or toast, 1 orange or grapefruit.

Wednesday

Lunch:  any amount of cheese (low fat), 1 toast, tomatoes
Dinner:   fried or boiled meat (slices or mince without fat), except lamb

Thursday

Lunch:  any type of fruit and in any quantity (oranges, apples, pears, apricots, melons, watermelons, etc.)
Dinner:   fried or boiled meat (slices or mince without fat), except lamb, lettuce

Friday

Lunch:   2 hard-boiled eggs, cooked vegetables (zucchini or beans or carrots or peas)
Dinner:   steamed or grilled fish, salad, 1 orange or grapefruit

Saturday

Lunch:   any type of fruit and in any quantity (oranges, apples, pears, apricots, melons, watermelons, etc.)
Dinner:   fried or boiled meat (slices or mince without fat), except lamb, lettuce

Sunday

Lunch:   steamed or grilled chicken without skin, tomatoes, boiled vegetables, 1 orange or grapefruit
Dinner:   boiled vegetables.

Second Week

Daily breakfast: 1/2 orange or grapefruit and 1-2 hard-boiled eggs

Monday

Lunch:  fried or boiled meat, salad.
Dinner:   2 poached eggs, salad, 1 orange or grapefruit

Tuesday

Lunch:   fried or boiled meat, salad.
Dinner:   2 boiled eggs, 1 orange or grapefruit

Wednesday

Lunch:  fried or boiled meat, cucumbers.
Dinner:   2 poached eggs, 1 orange or grapefruit

Thursday

Lunch:  2 hard-boiled eggs, any white cheese (low fat) in any quantity, boiled vegetables
Dinner:   2 boiled eggs.

Friday

Lunch:  boiled or fried fish.
Dinner:   2 eggs.

Saturday

Lunch:  grilled or steamed meat, tomatoes, 1 orange or grapefruit
Dinner:   a mix of fresh fruits (orange, tangerine, melon, peach, apple)

Sunday

Lunch:  steamed or grilled chicken without skin, tomatoes, boiled vegetables, 1 orange or grapefruit
Dinner:   steamed or baked chicken without skin, tomatoes, steamed vegetables, 1 orange or grapefruit

Third Week

Monday

During the day, any fruit in any quantity at any time, along with any other fruit, except grapes, mango, figs, bananas, figs.

Tuesday

Throughout the day, any cooked vegetable and any salad, and the combination of potatoes and dried herbs.

Wednesday

During the day, any fruit from the above list, cooked vegetables, salads in any quantity.

Thursday
