While on a diet, we need to create a calorie deficit in order to burn fat and get down to the weight we want. For this reason, we try to stay away from our favorite snacks, sweets and chips.
Trying to restrain ourselves constantly and having boring diets cause us to give up after a while and break the diet. The best way to break this vicious cycle is to replace the unhealthy and high-calorie foods we crave with diet-friendly versions.
(A total of 6 servings of chips are prepared with these ingredients.)
5 tablespoons of tomato puree
2 teaspoons of olive oil
3 whole grain lavash
pinch of salt
Add olive oil, a pinch of salt and the spices we want to the tomato puree and mix well.
We apply this mixture that we have prepared on both sides of the lavash and distribute it well.
We cut the lavash with the sauce in the form of chips, cut it into pieces and put it on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Put it in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 6 minutes.
After removing the tray from the oven, we wait for it to come to room temperature.
Our chips will start to become crispy as they cool. Bon Appetit!
