Banana Fit Tart
When summer comes and the weather starts to warm up, the desserts are starting to get lighter. Milky and fruity Banana Fit Tart is one of them. Let’s prepare this rich fruit tart, which you can easily make using delicious summer fruits such as peaches, apricots, and plums, this time with banana, the fruit of every season. Especially if you prepare it with anamur banana in season, it tastes much better.

BANANA FIT TART INGREDIENTS
For Sub Base:
1 large banana
1.5 cups of oats
2 tablespoons of tahini
For the above:
2 small sized bananas
1 tablespoon of coconut powder (optional)
1 tablespoon sesame (optional)
HOW TO MAKE BANANA FIT TART?
For the bottom base, we grind the oats into flour in the groat and pull together with the dates.
Then we add banana and tahini, knead it with our hands, form the base and place it in my pyrex.
Cut two small bananas vertically and place them on it.
Finally, we sprinkle coconut powder and sesame seeds.
We bake in the oven we set at 150 degrees for 25 minutes in a controlled manner.
